Shipping Policy
Chrysalis Point, LLC (“Chrysalis Point”) ships worldwide via USPS Priority Mail or Fedex. During the checkout process, you will be prompted to enter your shipping information and real time quotes will be generated by these carriers prior to you completing your purchase. International shipments may be subject to additional duties, customs, and fees.
Return & Cancellation Policy
Products
Downloads – Digital Download products are non-refundable.
If you are not satisfied with your physical product purchase for any reason, please contact us with 14 days of your delivery to return or exchange any product. For returns, the purchase price minus shipping and handling will be refunded by the original method of payment used. An RMA number is required for all returns. Please Contact Us to request an RMA number and instructions for returning an item, providing your original receipt or order number information and the reason for the return. Items must be returned in new condition inside their original packaging with the RMA number written on the outside of the package. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Please return items via an insured/traceable carrier. Chrysalis Point is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged during return shipment.
Services
Fees for all Services (including Counseling and Coaching) are payable in advance and are non-refundable, unless Chrysalis Point receives your request (via email) to reschedule or cancel your session at least (72) hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment, without prior request for rescheduling or cancellation, as outlined above, will result in the forfeiture of payments collected toward your scheduled appointment. In the event of an emergency, you may reschedule your session by informing Chrysalis Point (via email) within the (72) hour window prior to your scheduled appointment. Contact Us for all requests.
Events
All live and online workshop, seminar, and training program tuition fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable, unless Chrysalis Point is informed of your cancellation request (via email) at least (30) days prior to the start date of the event. Cancellations are subject to a $100 non-refundable processing fee. Failure to attend a registered event without prior request for cancellation, as outlined above, will result in the forfeiture of payments collected toward the event registration.
